Professor F. W. Taussig '79 has been selected by the Department of Economics of Amherst College to deliver the Henry Ward Beecher Lectures at that college for the current year. Three lectures will be given on the general subject of "The Economic Effects of the Tariff since the Civil War." The first lecture will take place Wednesday and the other two will follow on April 10 and 17.
