Major Charles Lynch '90, an officer of the regular army, who accompanied the Japanese Army in the Russian War, will give a stereopticon lecture on "Personal Experiences in the Russo-Japanese War" tomorrow night in the Union at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be open only to members of the Union.
