At a meeting of the Debating Council yesterday the subject submitted by the French Department for the Pasteur Medal debate, "The Policy of France in Morocco," was accepted. A new regulation, that men may speak with notes in the debate, although they must not read their speeches, was adopted. The Pasteur Medal debate is open only to undergraduates.

The agreement for a triangular debate between Harvard, Yale and Princeton was adopted with a few minor changes. By this arrangement two teams from each University debate on opposite sides of the question under discussion on the same night. The subject of a similar triangular debate for Freshmen is now under discussion. The date of the intercollegiate debate has been fixed for March 26. F. M. Blagden '09 and R. G.
