Novice Gymnastic Meet December 16

The conditions for the fourth annual novice gymnastic meet, to be held in the Hemenway Gymnasium at 8 o'clock on Wednesday, December 16, have been completed. Prizes will be given to the winners of first and second places in the horizontal bar competition, the parallel bars, the flying rings, the side horse, tumbling, and club swinging. A cup will be given by W. C. Bennett '08, captain of last year's team, for the contestant winning the largest number of points in the first five events mentioned above. The judges will be Mr. C. B. Lewis of Tufts College, Mr. E. A. Barrier of the Hyde Park Y. M. C. A., and Mr. L. Mason of the Brookline Municipal Gymnasium. This meet is designed exclusively for novices, and men who have the slightest ability are urged to take part.
