Mr. Copeland's reading which was to have been given this evening in the Dining Room of the Union has been unavoidably postponed to January 13. On that day he will lecture on "The Short Story," and on January 20 he will read one of the best-known tales of Edgar Allen Poe. These two evenings are intended to commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of Poe's birth.
