The Junior basketball team defeated the Seniors Saturday afternoon in the second game of the interclass series by the close score of 25 to 22. During the first half the playing was slow. Both teams were equally matched, however, the score at the end of the half being 12 to 12. In the second half the play was faster. At the beginning the Seniors got a lead of several points which they succeeded in keeping until well through the half. The team-play of the Juniors improved as the game continued and they finally obtained the lead, which they held until the end of the game, by scoring two baskets in rapid succession.
The summary follows: The final interclass game will be played between the Juniors and Sophomores in the Gymnasium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. From the showing in Friday's and Saturday's games, the teams should be very equally matched. The line-up follows:
