CUTTING ON DAYS OF GAMES

Student Council Calls Attention to Neglect of Work Last Year.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Student Council last night gave out the following announcement in regard to cutting on the days of the Carlisle and Dartmouth games.

The Student Council wishes to bring to the attention of the undergraduates the following statistics of cuts on the days of the Carlisle and Dartmouth games last year: 161 men cut their lectures in the only ten courses held at 12 o'clock on the day of the Carlisle game, and 228 men cut on the day of the Dartmouth game.

Such cutting is excessive. The Council feels that it is too serious a neglect of College duties, and that the attendance this year should be greatly improved."
