The first round of the interclass tennis tourney will be played on Jarvis Field this afternoon, the Seniors playing the Juniors and the Sophomores the Freshmen. The winners of today's matches will play tomorrow afternoon.
The following is the schedule of the matches today:
Singles at 2--N. W. Niles '09 vs. G. P. Gardner, Jr., '10, A. S. Dabney '09 vs. J. Wheelwright '10, E. P. Pearson '09 vs. T. S. Blumer '10, E. T. Dana '09 vs. F. W. Hall '10, R. H. Eggleston '09 vs. R. H. Smith '10, E. M. B. Roche '09 vs. P. J. Large '10. The 1911 team will consist of W. Fraser-Campbell '11, A. Sweetser '11, H. Nickerson '11, F. F. A. Pearson '11, D. H. Crother '11, and E. M. Ach '11 or C. L. Barnwell '11. These men will be allotted their opponents at the field. The Freshman team will be made up of C. S. Cutting '12, L. I. Grinnell '12, F. Gray '12, M. Hallowell '12, C. N. Browne '12, and F. S. Hyde '12.
