NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

During the coming week, the shooting club will hold its semi-annual novice, scratch, and handicap shoots. The novice shoot is open to all members who have not won a cup or have not received the shooting club insignia. The handicap shoot is open to all members of the club, and handicaps will be based on the six medal shoots held during the fall. In the scratch shoot and in the two above-mentioned events, each man will shoot at 100 birds in strings of 25. Furthermore, at the end of the season a cup will be awarded to the member of the club who has attained the highest average at the home traps, during the entire series of fall shoots.

On Saturday, the shooting team will hold a shoot with the Norfolk Hunt Club at Medfield. The team will be composed of five men, each man shooting at 50 birds in two strings of 25.
