It has been proposed by a number of men in the University that a new club be formed for the promotion of public speaking and for providing additional opportunities for practice. A preliminary meeting to organize the club will be held in Lawrence 1 at 5 o'clock this afternoon. It is hoped that all men in any department of the University interested in public speaking will be present.
