Successful Forward Passes Worked in Snappy Practice Yesterday.

The University football team had a ten minute scrimmage with the second eleven in the secret practice yesterday afternoon. Both teams showed good team play, and put lots of life in the work in spite of the rain and wet field. The forward pass was used successfully by both teams. Browne, Corbett and Hoar were on the field but did not play in the scrimmage.

The teams lined up as follows: FIRST ELEVEN.  SECOND ELEVEN.
