We congratulate the management of Memorial Hall on the greatly increased membership list of the Association, due chiefly to their efforts in providing a scheme for transients. The new method by which a transient member pays only for what he wants has brought 400 such members to the Hall and placed the total membership at 1250, the highest figure in several years.
