In order to make the Republican clubs in the various colleges more effective, a National Republican College League has been formed under the supervision of the national campaign committee. This league has been divided into about forty departments, Harvard and the other New England colleges being included in the second. Headquarters for this second department will open today at 3 Boylston street, Cambridge.
