The captains of the class tennis teams have been appointed as follows: Seniors, N. W. Niles; Juniors, G. P. Gardner; Sophomores, W. B. Frazer Campbell; and Freshmen, C. S. Cutting.
The interclass tennis tournament will begin next Monday and the captains must try out their material as soon as possible and choose teams of six men in time for the singles on Jarvis Field at 2 o'clock.
The Seniors will play the Juniors six matches and the Sophomores will play the Freshmen. The two teams that win the largest number of matches will meet Tuesday at 2 o'clock, when the tournament will be completed.
At 3.30 o'clock Monday, the doubles will be played, each team playing three matches, and meeting the same class as in the singles. The doubles will be completed Tuesday. Each match will be for the best two out of three sets.
