A further advance has recently been made in the educational relations between Germany and the United States by the agreement of the University to accept as guests of the Corporation five advanced students each year, for the period of ten years. These students, who will be selected by the Prussian Ministry of Education, will be allowed access to all departments of the University free of tuition charges.
