The Student Council is at last a complete and working organization. At the meeting last night officers were chosen and the three delegates from the College at large elected, so now the Council really exists, ready to take part in undergraduate affairs in pursuance of the principles on which it was organized last spring. The personnel of the Council has been admirably chosen and the officers to whom a large part of the executive work is delegated by the constitution are well adapted to direct the activities.
The CRIMSON is glad to welcome the Council to its high position in undergraduate institutions--a position which will require broad conservatism and a great amount of thought to bring it to its proper and most effective basis.
