Mr. W. Cameron Forbes '92, vice-governor of the Philippine Islands, will speak in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. The lecture, which will be open only to members of the Union, is the first of the series for this year. Besides the post of vice-governor of the Islands, Mr. Forbes holds the position of Secretary of Police and Commerce at Manila. Until his appointment as vice-governor, he served as a member of the Philippine Commission.
