At a meeting of the Freshman Reception Committee held in the CRIMSON Office last evening the following sub-committee was appointed to take charge of the entire work: R. M. Middlemass, chairman, J. C. Craft, J. E. Garnsey, C. B. Nordhoff, W. M. Rand.
Instead of having small beer nights for 15 or 20 men as in former years it was decided that this year each member of the committee will first call on the Freshmen at their rooms, and later invite them to his room to meet a few of their class-mates. After they have become acquainted with each other from the small meetings, several of the committee will combine to make the gatherings larger.
