Yale Graduate Baseball Coaches

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In accordance with the announcement recently made by T. A. D. Jones, 1908, captain of the Yale baseball team, to the effect that a return will be made this year to the system of graduate coaching, two Yale graduates have been appointed to take charge of the team. They are Carter, the well-known pitcher, and G. Case, who captained a Yale nine in the early 90s. Mr. Camp will act as advisory coach to the team. The plan is to approach as nearly as possible to the Yale coaching system as applied to football, and constitutes a reversion from the practice of employing a professional coach followed during the past four seasons.
