A series of scrub basketball games will be held this year beginning shortly after mid-years. The Basketball Association will give cups to members of the winning team.
The games will be subject to the following rules:
1. All the teams must appear on the floor of the Gymnasium ready to play at the time scheduled.
2. Fifteen-minute halves shall be played, except in the final game, when twenty-minute halves shall be the rule.
3. Scrub teams must not permit their practice to interfere with that of the University or Freshman teams.
4. Captains shall be elected and shall be held responsible for the prompt appearance of their teams. A delay of ten minutes in starting will forfeit a game.
5. Officials will be appointed and balls furnished by the management.
6. No men on the University or Freshman squads will be eligible to play.
7. No team shall have more than two men who have ever played in any class games.
8. Men may sign in blue book in Gymuasium singly or in groups of five. In the latter case a captain shall be designated and the name of the team given.
9. Games shall be played under the collegiate rules.
10. No man may play on more than one team. Each team shall have a substitute who may play if necessary.
11. Any team playing an ineligible man shall forfeit the contest in which the man was played.
