1911 Defeated Pomfret in Hockey

The Freshman hockey team won its fourth game of the season last Saturday, defeating Pomfret School, at Pomfret, by the score of 3 to 1. In the contest, which was close and exciting yet free from roughness, the team work of the Freshmen showed decided improvement. Seamans, Hornblower, Foster, and Dick played the best game for 1911: Yarnell, Scully, and Chauncey excelled for Pomfret.
