New York, January 17.--At a meeting of the executive and advisory committees of the I. C. A. A. A. A. held here this evening, it was resolved to send a challenge to the universities and colleges of the British Empire to compete against the universities and colleges of the United States in track games to be held at London with the Olympic games in 1908.

The Intercollegiate Cross-Country Association was merged with the I. C. A. A. A. A. at the meeting.

No place was decided upon for this spring's intercollegiate track meet.
