A meeting of men interested in the formation of a Cosmopolitan Club in the University was held yesterday afternoon, at which J. D. Greene '96 was authorized to appoint a committee to prepare a list of persons to be invited to a meeting for the formation of the club. The qualifications for membership were discussed, and it was decided that the proportion of Americans in the club should not exceed one-third of the total membership.
