The Freshman hockey team lost its first game of the season Saturday afternoon to the Crescent Hockey Club of Boston on Franklin Field, Roxbury, by the score of 3 to 1. Owing to the poor condition of the ice, accurate passing was impossible. The individual playing of the Freshmen was excellent, but not very much team work was shown.

Dick and Foster played the best game for the Freshmen, and Davenport and Wire for the Crescents.
