Eight of the seventeen new tennis courts, which are being constructed in the north east corner of Soldiers Field, will be ready for use today, if the nets, which were ordered a few days ago and which are due this morning, arrive in time. The sub-grading of cinders was laid about three days ago, and the final covering has since been spread and completely rolled and packed.
