Carroll Cup Race on May 17

The annual single scull race for the Carroll perpetual challenge cup will be rowed downstream on May 17, immediately before the Beacon Cup Regatta, over a one mile course from above Harvard bridge to the Union Boat Club. The winner will retain possession of the cup for one year, and his name will be inscribed upon it. Members of the Newell or Weld boat clubs may enter the race. There will be no entry charge.
