Mr. N. V. Tchaikovsky, the prominent Russian revolutionist, who recently visited the University and spoke in the Union, has given to the College Library all the publications of the Socialist-Revolutionary Party in Russia since 1902, which include 96 books and pamphlets, and a full set of the periodical "Revolutsionnaya Rossiya."
