The tennis courts on Jarvis Field were raked and rolled yesterday afternoon, and, if the weather is favorable, 18 courts should be ready for play this morning. In the afternoon all 30 will be ready for use.
The sub-grading on the 17 courts, which are being constructed on Soldiers Field, has been finished, and the top covering will probably be laid this week. The courts will be completed in three weeks.
