On Saturday afternoon the annual spring handicap games will be held on Soldiers Field. About 240 entries have already been made for these events, and a much larger number will probably be entered before the games. Cups will be given as prizes for first and second places, and the winner of the quarter-mile will be awarded the cup offered by Mr. Gannett Wells '86.
Entries, which must be made in the blue book at the Locker Building, will close this afternoon at 6 o'clock. All men who expect to compete in the games Saturday must take a physical examination, which may be had in the Gymnasium this afternoon between 2 and 4 o'clock. All competitors who have been examined by Dr. Sargent since January 1 for track sports must also see him today at the same hours and get from him a card for the events in which they intend to compete.
