At a meeting of the Intercollegiate Basketball Association, held at the Murray Hill Hotel, in New York, on Saturday afternoon, Harvard withdrew from the league, composed of Yale, Princeton, Pennsylvania, Cornell, and Columbia, because the Athletic Committee had refused to sanction more than three overnight absences, making it impossible to play all the games required by the league schedule.
