The first of the interclass shooting matches will be held between the Senior and Junior teams this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock on Soldiers Field. The Senior team will be made up of F. R. Appleton, Jr., captain, E. Farley, N. C. Nash, and H. S. Powers. No Junior team has been definitely chosen as yet. Each man will shoot at 50 birds, thrown in strings of 25, at unknown angles from a Sargent system trap.
On Thursday the Sophomores will meet the Freshmen, and on Friday the winners of the two previous matches will shoot for the interclass championship. Members of the class team winning the series will be awarded cups donated by the University shooting club.
