The geological and paleontological excursion to Yorktown, Virginia, which will be conducted by Professor R. T. Jackson and J. B. Woodworth, of the Department of Geology and Geography, during the April recess, will leave Boston this evening for Baltimore. They will remain in Baltimore tomorrow at the Johns Hopkins University, leaving there at 5 o'clock by boat for Yorktown.
A limited number of students in the higher courses in geology and those interested in visiting Yorktown will accompany the excursion. Members of the party may return at any time before the close of the recess via Newport News or via Richmond, Fredericksburg and Washington.
