Mr. Stephen O'Meara, Dartmouth, h.'88, Police Commissioner of Boston, will speak tonight at 8 o'clock under the auspices of the St. Paul's Catholic Club, at their smoker in Holden Chapel, on "Public Speaking and Public Speakers." Mr. O'Meara who has been connected with journalism all his life, and who was editor-in-chief and publisher of the Boston Journal, prior to 1902, has had a great deal of experience in public speaking.
