The Harvard Teachers' Association will hold its sixteenth annual meeting in the New Lecture Hall today. There will be two sessions, one in the morning, at 9.45 o'clock, and one in the afternoon, at 2 o'clock. The subject for the morning discussion, which will be open to the public, will be "The Basis of Efficient Education--Culture or Vocation," Mr. A. W. Roberts '81, teacher of the classics in Brookline High School, and Professor A. E. Kennelly, of the engineering department, will address the meeting. After the formal speeches, Mr. R. A. Woods, of the South End House, will commence a general discussion.

The afternoon session, which will be confined to members of the association, will be devoted to the study of "Industrial Education." The speakers will be Mr. C. H. Thurber, managing editor of Ginn & Co., Mr. J. Golden, president of the United Textile Workers of America, and Mr. C. W. Hubbard '78, of the Ludlow Manufacturing Co. The annual dinner of the association will be held at the Union between the sessions.
