About seventy candidates for the three upperclass crews reported yesterday afternoon, for the beginning of spring rowing, at the Newell boathouse. Several members of last year's class crews reported for the first practice, which consisted of work on the machines and in the tank.
The following hours for practice have been assigned: Sophomores at 4.30; Seniors at 5; Juniors at 5.30 o'clock.
