Listless Basketball Practice

In its first practice since the Yale game, the University basketball team defeated the second team in the Gymnasium last night by the score of 50 to 18. The playing of both teams was very uneven and ragged, and they were both weak in shooting baskets from the floor. The University team excelled in team work and in passing the ball, where the second team was especially erratic. Broun hurt his knee in the second half and was replaced by Currie.

The summary: UNIVERSITY TEAM.  SECOND TEAM. Allen, l.f.  r.g., Dwelley, Fisher Broun, Currie, r.f.  l.g., Almy Amberg, c.  c., Miles Burnham, l.g.  r.f., Downey, Mossman Brooks, r.g.  l.f., Currie, Dwelley
