At their regular February meeting last week, the Board of Directors of the Co-operative Society voted that arrangements should be made to occupy, in connection with the Society's business, the upstairs rooms in Lyceum Hall now leased to tenants. This decision has been rendered necessary by the considerable expansion in the Society's business, especially in the tailoring department, which will probably be moved, next year, from its present location in the basement to better-lighted and more commodious quarters upstairs. Some alterations in the interior arrangements of the building may be rendered advisable in connection with this expansion and these are now under consideration by a committee of the Board. Any such changes as may be found necessary will probably be made during the summer vacation.
