1908 Yard Room Allotment

By H. M. Gilmore.

For the 63 yard rooms alloted in Holworthy, Hollis, and Stoughton last Wednesday, there were 231 applicants as compared with 187 applicants for the rooms in these dormitories last year. Of these 231 men, 123 were successful in drawing rooms.

About the first of April blanks will be ready at the Bursar's Office, which may be signed to constitute a waiting list for any rooms that may be given up in Hollis, Stoughton, Holworthy or any other Yard dormitory. Any men who may for any reason have to give up their rooms in the three Senior dormitories are requested to notify K. Howes, Matthews 20, chairman of the Yard room committee.

All those who were unsucessful at this drawing, and as many others as possible are urged to make application for Yard rooms at the regular assignment. By so doing it will be possible for at least one-half of the class to room in the Yard next year, which will be one of the most effective things that can be done for the spirit of unity and good fellowship.
