Regular daily practice for the University and Freshman track squads will continue in the Gymnasium at the usual hours in preparation for the Harvard indoor carnival on Saturday, March 9. Men who ran in the B. A. A. meet will be given a rest until tomorrow, when they will be expected to report again.
A special invitation 8-pound shot-put has been arranged at Medford on Thursday in which B T. Stephenson, Jr., '08, W. W. Coe of B. A. A., M. J. Sheridan of New York, and several others will compete. J. F. Doyle '07 and W. M. Rand '09 will be the Harvard entries in the invitation 45-yard hurdle race. Several of the field event men will enter the various open meets in the vicinity during the next few weeks.
