There will be an open University fencing tournament Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Fencing Room of the Gymnasium. Competitors will be divided into three groups as follows: (1) graduates and undergraduates who are junior fencers; (2) men eligible for the University team, excepting junior fencers; (3) men eligible for the Freshman team. The sections of the tournament will be contested in round-robin matches, and cups, given by the Fencers' Club, will be awarded as follows: A cup to the winner of the first group; cups to the winners of first and second places in the second group; a cup to the winner of the third group. All members of the University are eligible, but there will be an entry fee of $1 for men not members of the Fencers' Club. Men wishing to enter the competitions should sign in the blue book at the Gymnasium office before Monday noon.
