SENIOR NOMINATIONS.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Owing to the unusually short time between the appointment of the Senior nominating committee and the Christmas recess, this body will be obliged to condense much careful thinking and discussion within the space of as very few days. Rather than pass over this important matter too hastily, it might be better to postpone at least one of the elections until after the recess. Previous classes have found, however, that the committees must begin work immediately after the election. If, therefore, it seems desirable to hold both elections next week, the members of the nominating committee must arrange to sacrifice everything for the next few days, in order to secure full attendance at all the required meetings. Every man nominated should be freely and exhaustively discussed by and before every member of the committee. By this means only will the class have an opportunity to elect the men best qualified for each position.
