The first Vesper Service of the year will be held in Appleton Chapel this afternoon at 5 o'clock. The Rev. Professor W. W. Fenn '84, Dean of the Divinity School, will conduct the service. The following musical program will be rendered: "Periti Autem," Mendelssohn; "O God, Who Is Like unto Thee," Foster; "The Sorrows of Death" from the "Hymn of Praise," Mendelssohn. Mr. J. N. Rattigan will be the soloist at the service.
Front seats will be reserved for members of the University and officers of instruction and their families until 4.55 o'clock.
