Rev. L. H. Roots Will Talk on China

The Rt. Rev. Logan H. Roots, D.D., '91, Missionary Bishop of Hankow, China, will give an address this evening at 7 o'clock in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House under the auspices of the St. Paul's Society and the Christian Association. His subject will be "The Awakening of China."

This afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock and again after the address this evening Bishop Roots will be at Phillips Brooks House to hold personal conferences with men who wish to talk with him regarding mission work. Bishop Roots has been engaged in the China mission work for a number of years, and his present visit to this country is only a furlough from his regular service. Tomorrow, he will spend at the Episcopal Theological Seminary, where he will deliver an address..
