Soccer Team Beaten by Springfield

The University association football team was defeated by Springfield Training School yesterday at Springfield by the score of 2 to 1. The field was muddy and very slippery, so that fast play was impossible. For the University team, Captain Brooks, F. R. Leland, and Munroe played especially well.
