New Haven, Conn., November 20, 1907. In the secret practice today the university football team had a 20-minute scrimmage with the freshman eleven. The men were coached in defense against the Harvard plays, which were used exclusively by the freshmen. The university team and substitutes will leave tomorrow afternoon at 1.30 o'clock for Auburndale, Massachusetts, where they will stay until the day of the game.
