Casts of Cercle Francais Plays

Rehearsals for the twenty-first annual production of the Cercle Francais are being held three times a week, and the work is progressing rapidly. The rehearsals are under the direction of M. D'Armand, who has selected the following casts for the plays: "GRINGOIRE." Louis XI  W. G. Wendell '09 Pierre Gringoire  G. L. Foote '08 Simon Fournier  L. Hill '10 Olivier le Daim  L. Wulsin '10 Loise  G. E. Jones '11 Nicole  P. R. Dickson '10 "J'INVITE LE COLONEL." Carbonnel  C. deGuigne '09 Le Colonel  G. K. Munroe '10 Jules  L. P. Chapin '11 Isidore  R. MacVeagh '10 Elisa  F. R. Leland '10 "LA GIFLE." Blanc Misseron  P. S. Abreu '11 Chamberlot  S. Kelly '09 Un huissier  D. V. Leland '10

Tickets for the performances may be obtained from W. G. Roelker, Claverly 1, at Thurston's, and in Boston at Herrick's and at Schoenhof's. The price of seats on the floor will be $1.50, and in the balcony $1. A dress rehearsal will be held in Brattle Hall, Cambridge, December 9, and the public performances will be given in Jordan Hall, Boston, on Wednesday, December 11, and on Friday, December 13.
