President Eliot will deliver an address on "Municipal Government by Commission" tonight in the Living Room of the Union at 8 o'clock. President Eliot has spoken on this phase of city government before the Board of Trade of Worcester, and in other neighboring cities. The address tonight will be under the auspices of the Political Club, and will be open only to members of the club and to members of the Union.
