Second Team Played Tie Game with Andover

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University second eleven played a tie game with Phillips Andover Academy at Andover Saturday, neither side being able to score. Andover kept the second team on the defensive throughout the game and several times was within scoring distance only to lose the ball on fumbles.

In the first half Andover rushed the ball by forward passes and end runs from her own 35-yard line to within three yards of Harvard's goal line. At this point a fumble gave the ball to the second team. A feature of the second half was an attempted field goal from Harvard's 30-yard line by O'Connor of Andover. The try missed by a few feet.
