New Haven, Conn., October 22, 1907.-The practice of the Yale team today was not up to the usual standard. In a twenty-five minute scrimmage, which was characterized by frequent fumbling, and poor work on the part of the line men, H. Jones scored the only touchdown for the University team on a forward pass. Dunbar and Andrus of the college team frequently broke through and spoiled the plays before they were fairly started.
