The latter team was handicapped by the absence of Fraser-Campbell at right end and Harding at cover point, but nevertheless played a fairly creditable game.
In team play the Freshman team had a decided advantage, repeatedly carrying the puck down the rink in a very aggressive manner. The excellent shooting of Hicks at left end, who scored four of the six goals made by the Freshmen, was the feature of the game.
